Our building experience with Bob Mastri and was fantastic. He was fairly priced with high quality work & we were always given adequate notice of the next steps required for our build (e.g. siding, stonework, shingles, etc). His flexibility allowed us to complete some work on our own to save on labor costs (e.g. flooring and painting) as well. This allowed us to put available funds towards other items such as a stamped concrete patio and upgraded countertops. Bob even went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting us on minor issues after our home was completed. For instance, he fixed a faulty breaker that operated our garage a couple months after project completion. Without hesitation, we recommend Bob Mastri to build your home! All Seasons Homes helped make my vision come to life. I had been wanting to build a new Ranch style home for a few years but had an extra need for a separate work shop for my pattern-making business. I checked around with some other builders but it was the same old run-around, none of them had a clue on what I wanted and could not help me design it or think outside of the box. I was on a deadline in order to make the transition from my current shop location to my new home and could not afford any more delays. I let Bob handle everything, he designed my home with the attached shop area, installed separate electrical service and heat as well as a separate access. I did not have the time to be very involved in the project due to my work schedule so I let him handle everything from start to finish. Bob called me regularly to keep me updated on the project and to get my input on some things. He actually finished the home in under 4 months and I was very pleased! I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially if your construction needs go outside the realm of other builders.

My husband and I were working with another builder and we had already given them a small deposit. Some issues had come up while working with them because one of the main things that we wanted was hard wood flooring throughout the entire first floor of our new home. The other builder quoted us $13,000 for the upgrade in flooring!! We decided to go with All Seasons Homes after driving by one of their jobsites and stopping in to see how neat & clean the entire jobsite was kept. Bob was there that day working, he walked us through the home and was happy to explain the entire construction process in great detail. He was also willing to let us do some of our own work to save money. He then took our existing plans, made a few changes and quoted us an excellent price. We ended up installing our own hard wood flooring for about $2,000 in materials and we saved $11,000 from what the first builder quoted in flooring alone, plus Bob was considerably cheaper on the overall price of the home with some better features. Our experience with All Seasons was A+ from start to finish!
